  • 3. What does a typical CrossFit class involve?
    A typical class includes a warm-up, skill or strength training, and a Workout of the Day (WOD). Every session ends with a cool-down to ensure recovery and mobility improvement.
  • 4. How long is a CrossFit class?
    Most classes are 60 minutes long, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
  • 5. What membership options are available?

    Yes, our gym includes clean and modern shower facilities for your convenience.

    We currently do not offer childcare, but children are welcome to observe in a designated area during workouts.  Free Wi-Fi is available.
  • 12. Do you offer nutrition guidance?
    Yes! We provide nutrition tips and guidance to complement your training and help you reach your fitness goals.
  • 13. Do you host events or competitions?
    Yes, CrossFit Taniwha hosts regular community events, workshops, and in-house competitions to build camaraderie and encourage personal growth. Some of our athletes also compete in local competitions.
